The bed was nice

The staff were good and charming. the location was great and lovely, close to everything. - the view was exceptionally good

i had a really really nice experience here, everything was very good, the location was incredible just off the river and the lake, the main ferry stop and the town center. i was offered a room with particularly good views of lake como. extra facilities such as a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a fridge were really useful.

The hotel provided personalized tours of the lake with a private boat and guide, which was a highlight of our trip. The kids were thrilled to explore the beautiful lake surroundings while we enjoyed the convenience of the tailored tour. The car rental and chauffeur services offered by the hotel were also excellent and made our excursions hassle-free. It truly felt like a home away from home with the spacious, well-appointed apartments, providing us with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

My wife says that some rooms can be seen into very easily if the curtains are left open, which can make one feel slightly exposed. However, there were no security issues at all.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel in a charming village along a beautiful lake in North Eastern Italy. This hotel offered great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location was perfect, situated right in the heart of the village, and the view of the lake from the room was absolutely stunning. The friendly staff provided excellent service and the rooms were clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious, allowing me to start each day off right.

The bed was a bit firm for my preference and some rooms lacked privacy as curtains were easily seen through. Parking was difficult to find, especially during busy times.

Entrance to the building is difficult to find, and the owner seemed rushed and unwelcoming during check-in. The pricing compared to other accommodations was a bit high.

Lastly, the location of this hotel is truly unbeatable. With its prime spot in the heart of the village, I was treated to a lovely view of the lake from my room, making my mornings even more delightful. Additionally, the staff provided exceptional service and were always ready to assist with any request or offer helpful tips on exploring the area.

There wasn't a single thing I could fault about this hotel.
